We farm in the heart of Mid Wales. My husband along with his parents farm beef, sheep, pork and have a poultry unit.
Farmgate2kitchenplate was born in 2020, when lambing and lockdown got too much I had another focus.
As a cookery teacher and living on the farm I feel it’s important that people know and understand where their food comes from.
